White Wine Risotto

Succulent shrimp gently simmered with Carnaroli rice in a rich white wine broth, complemented by zucchini, red and yellow bell peppers, and tomatoes, then finished with a touch of Parmesan.

INGREDIENTS: water, zucchini, rice, bell pepper, white cooking wine (wine, water, neutral spirits, tartaric acid, citric acid, potassium sorbate and potassium metabisulfite [preservatives], caramel color), shrimp (shrimp, sodium metabisulfite, sodium carbonate, sodium citrate), onion, grape tomatoes, canola oil, cheese (cultured milk, salt, enzymes, cellulose, natamycin), corn starch, vinegar, garlic (garlic, water, citric acid), kosher salt (salt, yellow prussiate of soda), black pepper.
